Silverstream Development (Civil)

The Silverstream Development consists of 34 clustered apartments.  Two of the major challenges faced in this project was the presence of an existing municipal sewer main which had to be relocated, and a stream running through the middle of the development.

The scope of work entailed the preliminary and detailed design, as well as construction supervision for the following components:

• Road (including stream crossing);
• Water reticulation;
• Sewer reticulation;
• Telkom reticulation;
• Storm water; and
• Relocation of an existing municipal sewer main.
