De Sousa Development (Civil)

This development consists of a 13 houses security complex in the vicinity of Glen Eden aimed at the high income buyer.  Being outside the city boundaries onsite water and sanitation option had to be provided.  Having a groundwater available an integrated water reticulation system was designed for the use of both rainwater and groundwater within the houses.  Onsite sanitation solutions were investigated and the best solution for this site was specified.  Various options for the road also had to be looked at which included phased construction.
