Cofimvaba 500 Erven Development (Civil - Strategic Planning)

One of Newground’s core capabilities is to work in a team consisting of multi disciplinary professionals.  The project is a green fields project and consists of an open piece of land situated outside Cofimvaba.  NPM Planning was responsible for the town planning layout.  An infrastructure report was compiled by Newground that focussed on current infrastructure and the required upgrade thereof.
